Rosewood Pure Essential Oil (9361)

The volatile oil obtained by steam distillation from the twigs & fresh flowering tops of the shrubby perennial Rosemarinus officinalis L. (Fam. Labiatae). Sweet linalolic and spicy character, both woody and floral with a rich and subtle odour. Rosewood is a very safe oil, suitable for the most sensitive skins, and has a tonic effect on the body (always test a small area of skin first and use diluted). Calming and steadying - good to use during exams or driving. A handy oil to use in Amphora's Drive Time Vaporisers. Stress relief. Aphrodisiac. Useful for all skin types, ideal for mature skin. Rejuvenating, helpful for wrinkles and in anti-stretchmark creams, or to add to carrier oils. Good deodorant. Ideal to use in bath preparations. A few drops added to bath water makes a nice treat.
