Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust our prices in response to market fluctuations. While AristiA takes every care to keep our website prices accurate, we also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If we find an error before we accept your order, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

UK: All orders under £100.00 are sent by Royal Mail first class and should arrive the next day.

All orders over £100.00 are sent on a next-day tracked and signed-for service by Royal Mail.

All in-stock products are usually posted the same day if ordered before 12 o'clock. If you need something posted urgently, phone us on 01983 721060 or WhatsApp 07825 578862.

UK delivery charges will be quoted in your basket.

Overseas: All overseas orders are posted via DHL or Royal Mail with tracked & signed-for service.

Orders to Europe take up to 5 working days.

The rest of the world usually takes up to 7 working days.

If you enter an overseas address at checkout, the delivery cost will be updated at that point.

Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for payment of any duties and taxes you may incur from your country of origin if you are ordering from overseas. For more information, please contact Customs in your country, as some goods may be subject to customs controls.

We can only ship perfume or liquids within the UK and Europe. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for payment of any duties and taxes you may incur from your country of origin if you are ordering from overseas. Shipping is free within the UK and Europe. 

We are happy to ship perfume and liquid orders outside Europe and the UK, especially to Kuwait, the UAE, and Dubai, but there will be an additional shipping fee. Please contact Michael mike@aristia.co.uk or WhatsApp 07825 578862 before ordering. 

We do not buy any crystals or products from Russia, nor will we supply any customers based in Russia.

Returns Policy

We will refund or replace any goods that have arrived at the destination in unusable or faulty condition, or that differ from those ordered. You have the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason, before delivery and within seven working days of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a refund, please notify us immediately on +44 (0)19 8372 1060 or by email. After seven working days, the sale is considered closed, and we will not make a refund. We do not refund any postage and packaging costs.

We will refund the amount paid to your credit/debit card or PayPal account, usually the same day. If you cancel your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is, unopened and unused). If you do not return the goods within 30 working days, we will presume you have decided not to return your product and not issue a refund.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
