Druzy Amethyst Goat/Rabbit carving (1113096)

A remarkable Goat/Rabbit head carving measuring 7” by 3.25”. This piece has been hand carved from Druzy Amethyst revealing both the amethyst and agate qualities to their best advantage. Amethyst is in itself a deeply meditative stone that can transport us into the realms of higher awareness. It has a soft energy that extols strength and power, especially that, that comes from inward listening. It connects us to the Ajna chakra or command centre which gives the gift of insight, foresight, balance, and intuition. Goats symbolise independence with a willingness to resist all obstacles that may be hindering success.

What I find very interesting about this piece is, that apart from the impeccable carving and attention to detail, that I suspect that it is also a rabbit - the face has more rabbit features than a goats. And, the horns are clearly a goats. After reflecting upon this I have come to the conclusion that there is something shapeshifting goat/rabbit twin-spirit about this carving. It is indeed both creatures at once, inhabiting a single consciousness.
