Uvarovite

Uvarovite is a member of the garnet family of stones - often confused with Emerald or even Dioptase. It has a high chormium content which gives it it's unique colour. As has a rich green colour that assists the heart in many ways. The main assistance being helping us feel that we are enough just as we are.

It carries a powerful healing message that we do not need something or someone to make us feel worthy or complete. We can with some effort on our part feel complete and abundant within ourselves.
