Tibetan Tingsha Dragon design (1114738)

Tingshas have been used by monks throughout the ages as aids to worship and meditation. The sound they permeate carries a wonderful vibration. They act as excellent space-clearers or cleansers, helping the mind become calm and free of thoughts. They bring one back into the present moment, described as 'calling one forth into the here and now'. Similar in use to the Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas are also made of seven metals and are wonderful meditative tools.

These Dragon Tingsha measure 2.5", and they are handmade in Nepal by Tibetan artisans.
