In 1930, hiking in northern California, Guy W. Ballard met the Ascended Master Count Saint Germain on the side of Mount Shasta. This introduction was followed by more than 3000 Discourses by the Ascended Masters. The thirty-three original Discourses recorded in this book were dictated by Saint Germain over the Visible Light and Sound Ray in the home of Ballard and his wife. The sound of the Masters voice was audible to everyone in the room and at times his tangible presence was visible.
