Plancheite Meditation
Plancheite assists by reminding us that we have a divine right to govern our own energy system. We need no other outside force to determine what is right for us and our well-being.
To begin the meditation make sure you are comfortable and will not be disturbed. Hold your Plancheite between your hands, close your eyes, breathe deeply and absorb its deep blue tones.
Imagine yourself sitting upon a beautiful throne carved from a single piece of Plancheite. With your imagination build up a picture of your throne and create it as beautiful as you like. Take some time to breathe into how you feel here on your throne. When you are ready for the next stage imagine a magical necklace made of Plancheite around your neck that is placed there by some invisible benevolent force. The necklace feels ancient and perfectly at home around your neck. You notice that it begins to glow and in doing so your whole aura begins to expand in the same colour as Plancheite. As you bathe in these colours take a moment to reflect on your feelings here. Are you comfortable? If not what is is that makes you uncomfortable? Whatever you feel is perfect - breathe into any resistances you may experience. Your Plancheite in your hands will support your feelings whatever they may be. Again be mindful of your reactions. Let any resistance come up and breathe it out of your body.
When ready, open your eyes and take some time to let the experience and what you experienced sink in. Breathe deeply and thank your crystal for its supportive energy. Each time you hold this crystal it will serve to remind you of your meditation, being on your throne, wearing your necklace.
You can put your attention on this experience at any time - for re-assurance or remembering what it feels like to inhabit your world while seated in your divine power. This meditation, however many times you do it, will automatically remind your energy field to expand - taking space for your uniqueness to unfold.
