Flower of Life Tingsha cymbals (118222)

Tingshas have been used by monks through the ages as an aid to worship and meditation. The sound they permeate carries a wonderful vibration. They act as excellent space clearers or cleansers, and help the mind become calm and free of thoughts. They bring one back into the present moment, described as 'calling one forth into the here and now'. Similar in use to the Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas are also made of seven metals and are wonderful meditative tools.

These Tingsha measure 2.5" they are hand made in Nepal by Tibetan artisans.

The Flower of Life has a deep spiritual meaning and contains the patterns of creation as they emerged from the Great Void. By meditating upon this symbol it may reveal the innate harmony of all life and make us aware of the vibration that pulsates through creation.
