Gaia Stone

Gaia Stone is a glassy material that comes from the ash of a volcanic eruption of Mount St Helens in 1980. It is thought that its discovery was by accident when workers cleaning up the eruption found that the ash from the volcano was reforming in to this deep, vibrant green glass from the heat of their torches. Its name Gaia was taken from the Greek Earth Goddess as its vibration gives the wearer a strong connection to Earth energy, the ability to see the interconnection of all life and also helps in working past old trauma. Gaia stone is a gem for the Anahata or Heart Chakra and will open up this centre and offer sweet, soul support.
